The Accademia Museum (Gallerie dell'Accademia) is Venice's top museum.  Located in the Dorsoduro District of Venice, the museum features painting by the great Italian painters including Bellini, Titian, Giorgione and others.

The Accademia Museum can be found at the foot of the wooden Academia Bridge, one of the four bridges that cross the Grand Canal.  If you travel to the museum by boat, there is a station (Academia Station) located directly in front of the Museum.
